TSUBO Mens Resnik Sneaker Shoe

I saw these in a store and loved the look of the grey and black designs. The store didn't have the size and color I wanted, so I ordered a pair online (black/green). They are true to size and fit really well, with plenty of toe room. They run slightly long, and my toes aren't crimped against the front of the shoe. I'm an 8.5 but fit varies between manufacturers (Puma and Adidas, for example, I need to go up half a size).

I've been wearing them for about 2 wks now and they are very comfortable to have on all day. I like the tongue-less bicycle shoe design and keep the shoes laced up and just slip in and out of them. The arch is very high compared to other shoes I own and I've never felt any plantar fasciitis like I've done with my flat shoes (like Vibrams).

Really the only thing I think can be improved are the pull tabs on the heel and the tongue. They could stand to be a bit bigger. I'm going to order another pair in grey/white. I didn't like the brown ones. They didn't look good against what I usually wear.

tsubo has gotten its mojo back. after several years of thoroughly boring shoes in various shades of black and brown, with the Resnik, they are back to the techno-funky shoes with innovative designs that they used to make 5+ years ago. the Resnik is basically an update to the Frax of several years back, except that it doesn't have mesh sides, and the nubbed undersole of the previous model has now been replaced with a more conventional raised undersole. it looks amazingly funky, and the attention to detail sets it apart from other sneakers. this shoe is wide and roomy - if you have narrow feet, it isn't for you (in terms of length, it runs generally true to size.) the upside is that it is incredibly easy to slip on or off, which (along with its light weight) makes it a great shoe for air travel - you can wear it for weeks without ever having to adjust the laces. note that the shoe doesn't have a lot of arch support. thank you, Tsubo, for making fun, interesting shoes again.

These are great shoes. I liked them so much, I got a brown and black pair of these and a brown and black pair of Tsubo dress shoes. I have trouble with a toe from an old break and with these shoes I never notice it. I now wear Tsubo exclusively because they are so comfortable.

I love Tsubos. They are always comfortable, fit well, and put up with the amount of walking I do. I love their styling and, as such, look good for a walk in the park or a night on the town. This pair arrived fast and I wore them the next day. I actually liked the color in person more than what was represented on this web page. (Got the Black.) I own 5 different pair of Tsubos and have been buying them for years. I can't recommend these shoes or the company enough.

I like the brand for it's comfort, lightness and durability. A perfect travel shoe!
The pair I replaced had lasted over a decade. There is now a ridiculous amazon requirement to have
a 20 word minimum description so I include this completely non-essential sentence to fulfill their need to bloat.

The shoe is very comfortable and light weight, feels good as a walking shoe and the price is right, would recommend to anyone looking for a good walking shoe.
