Buy DC Mens Skate Black Pirate
I've worn skate shoes like these for years from different manufacturers but more recently went with DC. After my old ones wore through the sole after a couple of years constant wearing I wanted a new pair and I picked DC Men's Flawless Action Sports Shoe. Like most shoes they were a bit tight around the width of my foot but a couple of days wearing them they settled and now are comfortable enough to wear every day.
Luckily I work in an office were jeans and skate shoes are perfectly acceptable and I even get comments on how cool the laces look as they are pretty bright and stand out from the black.
If you wear skate shoes frequently then I recommend these shoes, had them for months and they still look like brand new, no scuff marks, no frayed laces, no tearing and no loose stitching.

Awesome shoe and very happy with my DC shoes.I replaced some Chuck Taylors with these and now its goodbye Chuck there is a new allstar in town
This is exactly what I wanted! I Ordered my normal size and they fit perfectly! So far, they are holding up nicely and feel great!
I easily give these shoes a 5-star rating. The pair I recently ordered were my second pair. The last pair lasted for years and I have no doubt these will last as well.
The shoes fit my ogre feet (male size 12 usa) perfectly and are as comfortable as they are durable.

arrived on time, great condition, good all around shoe. the fine people at dc even made certain to measure the laces out when they put them in the first two holes so that they were just about the same length on either side. one note of caution: i have worn vans for years. i always buy a size 11. i bought these shoes in the same size and noticed they fit a little looser. maybe for people who are used to vans, buying a half size down would be appropriate.
DC shoes hold up great... The last pair I got for my hubby lasted over a year of basically daily wear... These are classic and he says they are comfy... And you'll have a hard time betting this price in store or online!
This is exactly what I was looking for and I was unable to find them in in stores near me (even the DC corporate stores).
These are definition of classic skate shoes. Comfortable, durable and affordable. Ive had these shoes before but paid 20 dollars more from a skate shop.
These sneakers have a nice look and they are very comfortable for walking around and the price was very good.
