I've been searching for a long time for a pair of boots or shoes I can wear at work that would be comfortable to stand in for long periods of times. I've tried several different bates boots, and some were better than others, but when I had to stand for long periods of times it was not comfortable. I also tried a pair of ridge blackhawk, but those didn't last past trying them on. I started searching, but the difficult thing is worrying about buying a pair of shoes without first trying them on. Fortunately a local store had these and I was able to try them on. I tried the lows, the mids and the highs and I would definitely have to say the lows are the most comfortable. For some reason the other two didn't seem to have the same amount of cushion to them. I've worn these for a little bit now, and so far no squeaking which is a good thing. These also have more of a tennis shoe feel if you like that (since it's more cushioned and low) I personally don't mind it. Let's just say for the price these can't be beat. Not only that, but they're comfortable to be wearing for long periods of times. I have one pair, and they won't be my last.

These shoes are lightweight, durable and great looking. This is the second pair we have purchased. They are incredibly comfortable and we would never go back to another kind of dress/work shoe again!
i have been working in warehouse, on my feet 8-9 hours a day, on concrete for 15 yrs. my feet get tired and sore. i have tried many hi end work boots and other types of expensive foot ware, but none have come close to these magnums.
last February i injured my foot....plantar fasciitis ....very painful. i tried everything to relieve the pain from work, but i didn't get relief until i bought these magnums. magnum will be the only work footwear i use from now on.
These shoes are awesome, great for my job, cause i work at the airport and im always up on my feet for long periods at a time... I recommend putting some gel inserts in, it makes the shoes even more comfortable....

All for work or any other day you wish to pamper your feet. The shoe wears very well and is worth every penny.
This is the duty shoe for me. I work as a Firefighter-EMT-P. I have tried others but love the consistency and fit of this shoe over the years.
This is my fifth pair of these shoes over the last seven years. Although they are not made like they were seven years ago like everything else, they are still a good shoe for the money. One pair I had the heal squeaked a bit but it was no big deal. This is a good shoe if you are on your feet for a good part of the day. Hope they keep making these.
I had purchased another pair of Magnum boots last year (2008) and they were the most comfortable boots I have found in quite a while... there was minimal or almost no 'break-in' time, they fit perfectly out of the box. I saw the Viper Sneakers and decided to give them a try, I don't always need the higher top boots for work. Again, they fit perfectly out of the box and they actually feel like you've had them for quite a while. They are easy to keep clean (just wipe with a damp cloth), are extremely well made and well worth the cost. I am certain I will purchase additional Magnum boots in the future.
As I've gotten older I've had more problems with my feet,arches,knees and ankles. I have ortopedic inserts but I experience a lot of pain. I use to wonder how police in my age group could stand doing details sometimes all day. They wear these magnum shoes. I bought a pair and I've never been happier with my comfort. The price is similar to the shoes/sneakers I use to buy but I will stick with these forever.
Quality is excellent and the seem to be more durable then other slip resistant shoes I've had. Would pruchase again when needed.
