I walk a lot in the city, so I need a shoe that looks good, is comfortable to walk in, and stays in one piece. Usually I can only pick two of those, but this Simple Green shoe does that AND it's made from recyclable materials.

The shoes texture is really nice, mixing suede and a woven fabric tastefully with a versatile brown color; it's a little too light-colored to pair well with black and dark grey pants, though. The sole is nice, a little thicker than most I usually wear, but enough to pleasantly be able to feel the ground beneath me. It's also a little wider than most shoes, which is also nice for me since I have big feet. After a month of use, it's held together well and shows only minimal signs of wear (not counting cosmetic stuff that's my fault), but then I tend to wear my shoes down within four months. Hopefully this will hold up well so I can justify replacing these with another Simple Green shoe.
