Great Flat Pedal Shoes for Mountain or BMX

Find Best Price For Teva The Links Bike Black

Teva The Links Bike Black

I spent numerous hours researching these shoes over 5.10 (Five Ten), which are very popular for MTB or BMX. I didn't like the feel, look, and weight of the 5.10 Impact Low model. I could't find a local shop that had the Teva Links in stock to try them on and compare them to the 5.10. I went ahead and ordered the Teva Links on Amazon. The first pair I ordered was a 10.5, which is the size I normally wear. They were too tight. I had to return them and repurchase the 11. So I would suggest you go a 1/2 size bigger when you order them.

I am very pleased with the Teva Links. They are very comfortable and especially if you need to do a lot of hiking up hills while caring your bike, like I had to do this weekend, the very first time I used them. They are slightly heavier than skater shoes. The soles are very sticky and work great if you use flat pedals. The soles have just enough flexibility to allow you to walk normally, but stiff enough for pedaling support.

I would highly recommend you try these shoes out. For the price here are Amazon, you can't go wrong with them.

I love them, stiffer sole than I am used to so it took a few rides to get used to them, I ordered 1/2 size big after trying some on, after the padding packed in I am not sure that was best. they seem longer inside now, keep that in mind.

I love these shoes, and I humbly feel the all black version with blue laces are totally awesome looking shoes. They fit about true to size, but a tad on the small side. I wear 11.5 Rockport World Tour walking shoes, and all my boots and athletic shoes are size 12 (300mm length). I can wear these size 12s I received, but if they were any shorter I couldn't. They run a tad small, like some European shoes do (the conversion to US sizing didn't quite make it), but I think most people should first try their normal size.

Quality of design and assembly is superb. These shoes I can honestly recommend.

Great shoe, fits true. Might get a second pair for backup. 365 spider rubber is ninja status. Bought them for biking but I've been wearing them to work, comfortable and stylish all black and blue laces.. Dope
