I spent about an hour looking for a work shoe that was inexpensive, functional, and at least moderately attractive when I stumbled upon these. In fact, I wasn't much impressed by the photo and "settled" on this shoe. I was relieved, however, when I took them out of the box. They don't look bad at all, and certainly look like they cost more than I paid for them. The stitching on the side of the shoe is vaguely reminiscent of ADIDAS, but the shoe is wide enough that I don't feel misplaced, as though I should be running on a soccer field (of course, I wear a wide toe, so your mileage may vary). The only visual disappointment would be the unattractive SR Max logo on the tongue. Then again, as I'll be wearing these for work, my pants will be covering the logo, so it isn't a big deal.
Comfort:
I just got these in today and haven't worn them for an extended period of time. However, my initial impression is that they feel as comfortable and nearly as light as house shoes. I was particularly excited that these came in a wide toe, because it allowed my toes room to wiggle without forcing me to wear shoes that looked like clown shoes.I've worn some work shoes and had to "break them in" before I felt comfortable in them. These felt like heaven as soon as I slipped them on.
Honestly, I'd probably have paid a bit more for these and been equally satisfied. I'll try and update this review after a couple of weeks at work.
UPDATE (3/21/2012):
These bad boys are still kicking and feel great at work. We've had a couple of spills at work and as expected, I didn't slip a bit. I suppose if you wanted to be negative, you could say it makes doing the moon walk a bit difficult, but I don't suspect your manager would like you doing that at work anyways.
Unlike my old work shoes, I don't mind wearing these casually around town.

Ordered these for my son for the second time.. By far are the best lasting comfy shoes. He wears them everyday for school.
We love these shoes. Bright and trendy, without being too flashy. We are having very good luck with the quality of DC shoes, they are holding up well under the abuse of an active young teenager. They are true to size which is most important when ordering online. These shoes were at the high end of our price range, but I am very satisfied with the purchase. I have been recommending them to friends and family.

I'm generally a 10 1/2, so I originally ordered size 11, but my toe hit the front of the shoe. I took a chance on the 12's, and they were perfect! Suffice to say, these shoes def run small, but they look great and are real comfortable. Shipping was no more than 2 days.
can't believe the price for these shoes! i would have paid double this amount in a store and they wouldn't even be the same as these! they fit great and look awesome i love them!
The style is great and they are constructed well, but tends to run a bit small. Fortunately, I have two boys and if something is small for the older one, the younger one is happy to receive the "hand me down."
